Our Vision

Our vision is to keep behavioral and mental healthcare accessible for all with low-cost therapy, to close the gap on mental health needs and services offered, and provide early screening for mental health and substance use disorders in the Burbank Community and surrounding areas.  

Our key strategic imperative is to continue to raise awareness, utilizing hard work to maintain state and local partnerships with the mental health community to realize an environment that embraces the importance of mental health as part of one’s overall well-being. 

Our intention is to deliver a therapy setting that sets out priorities for action that will promote mental health and create positive change for all people and families affected by the full range of mental and behavioral health problems and concerns.

We envision greater integration of physical and mental wellness and a future where mental health labeling, stereotyping, and discrimination belong to the past. As HTCCC continues to evolve and expand, the need to address these issues and influence behaviors has never been more important.

Ultimately, we envision a future where people affected by mental health challenges are socially included, valued, and supported in their wellness, education, employment, health care, and other needs in order to live a fulfilling and productive life.
